Tim joins us to host a conversational sharing of insights on how to keep pushing forward on ideas in the face of self-made and external obstacles.

Tim is the inaugural Prospect Management & Research Manager at Weber State University in Ogden, Utah, joining in 2021 from Intermountain Healthcare. IHC recruited him from Boston in 2018, and where as its Prospect Management & Research Manager, he led a team of researchers. Previously, Tim spent 18 years in prospect development at Harvard Business School, where his career began. In his native Massachusetts, Tim served from 2016 to 2018 on the Board of Directors of NEDRA, the largest regional chapter in Apra International. He is currently President of Apra's Utah chapter; co-chair of Apra International's Online Content Committee; and hosts the philanthropy podcast, People in Fundraising, which Tim launched in 2022 and for which a new conversation airs on LinkedIn, YouTube, and its website each Monday. He is a proud public university alumnus (UMass-Amherst) and earned a Master's degree from Harvard University's Extension School. In whatever spare time this overcommitment-prone personality has, Tim and his wife, who wants the record to reflect that she never wanted to leave Boston, get outdoors with their 4 kids and their rambunctious puppy (the latter being not exactly the best decision Tim's ever made, but still enjoyable!).
